Since 1958 we have been producing raw aluminum castings (or finished according to the customer’s design), in silicate sand or in the green sand molding standard (France type). For the most demanding customers we use synthetic earths with high quality performance.
We produce raw or finished aluminum castings based on the customer’s request.
Thanks to the long experience acquired we are able to satisfy the most specialized needs of individual customers both in terms of the use of particular alloys and the use of complex modeling in aluminum castings.

-Transport: Naval, Railway, naval engines, Industrial engines, Power transmissions, Agricultural.
-Food: in the creation of parts for packaging machines, vacuum machines, winemaking machines.
-Industrial: Civil and industrial heating, gas sector, hydraulic, hydraulic.
-Furniture: Urban furniture, Civil furniture, lighting engineering.

Equipment
Melting/casting equipment: We have n. 4 crucible furnaces with a capacity of 500 kg; CD Each oven is dedicated to its own alloy. Deburring and castings: The deburring and cleaning of the castings is carried out on our premises. Sandblasting is carried out on site only for castings with high quality requirements
Quality check
It is normally carried out at the beginning of production and during the production cycle, at the end a further check is carried out on 100% of the castings. Dimensional checks; Destructive checks; HB hardness controls.
